Troy Allen is a master of the Nhong-Tuapko Martial Arts. Which translates roughly to “Way of the Raging Colt” The style focuses on throws, kicks, grappling and submission holds that require strength, endurance, and power. Troy Allen is in the peak physical condition of a man his age. Though he has not been known to be exposed to VX73, his skill level and experience allow him the ability to contend with enhanced and powered subjects.
Troy was born in the Southwest USA to a family with vast farmlands and ranches. He led a very privileged life but always wanted more. He volunteered for the US Army and served in the South East Asian War as a helicopter crew chief. After his tour, he remained in Southeast Asia and began working as a henchman for the Red-Eyed Dragons. He took to studying Nhong-Tuapko martial arts where he became a master. Seeking martial perfection he began challenging anyone he saw as his equal or better, earning the name Raging Colt. He is not defeated until he eventually crossed paths with Cruise the Viper and was defeated in a secret fight between the two. Cruise refused to kill him, and he felt mocked. Feeling dishonored drives him into an insatiable desire and is driven to defeat and ultimately kill Cruise.
