Angelo was born in el Salvador, but his parents smuggled him into the US to avoid the atrocities in el Salvador. He lead a normal childhood in the west coast. He had a tough family life and was abused as a child. He did well in school but never thought he fit in. His home life was normally toxic and in turmoil, causing him to run away often. He was drafted into the US Navy, Not satisfied with being a boatman’s mate he volunteered for UDT. After completing training we as assigned to UDT 21. He performed marginally, in operations he was injured in a diving demolition mission. Struggling with his sexuality he found himself involved in a relationship with a native man and was considered a pariah in his UDT detachment,  He was medically discharged from the Navy and relocated to Steel City. He relocated to Steel City, PA, and became a steelworker. He fell into a life of petty crime and would take jobs that would involve him going into South America and acting as a Coyote for Mexican Cartels by, smuggling people into the the US across the Mexican border and into Steel City.  Eventually sought to join the Brothers Grimm MC. GunShow tasked him with transporting Catherine Francis out of the US to Mexico to be recovered by MakiCorp. He was killed in this mission, but GunShow blessed him into the Brothers Grimm as The Shark Man – el Tiberon. Posthumously he is considered one of the most revered and respected members of the Broz Grimm for his bravery and sacrifice.
